Forum official language will be in English.Simultaneous interpretation in English and Farsi is organized.

• Forum date & venue

Plenary sessions will be held on 4 & 5 August, 2024 at IRIB International Conference Center (IICC), located at: opposite Velenjak Ave., Shahid Chamran Expressway, Tehran-Iran. 

• Registration

Registration fee is 1500 Euro. The fee covers attendance at all plenary sessions, workshops and business promotion sessions.
Three or more attendees from the same company will receive a 15% registration discount.
A premium package which includes registration fee as well as three nights stay at the five-star Parsian Esteghlal International Hotel and shuttle transportation (Airport, Hotel and Venue) is available for 2200 Euro.

• Virtual Attendance

Participants who are not able to attend the event physically, can use the Forum’s virtual event platform. 300 Euro is charged for each virtual attendee.

• Exhibition 

An exhibition will be held at the Forum’s venue. Booths are available at the price of 500 Euro/m2. Booth will be available in three and dimensions; 8M2, 10M2 and 14M2.
For each booth registration, the client can introduce up to 2 person to attend IPF free of charge.
To avoid any complication for custom clearance, please inform the Forum’s Secretariat of all materials andpieces of equipment that will be brining to Iran.

• Business Promotion Sessions

IPF also offers a unique opportunity for companies to introduce their products, technologies and services related to petrochemical industry. For this purpose, several halls with different capacities are available for 30-minutes’ special presentations and interactive sessions where interested parties can effectively promote and share their services and/or products and specialities directly to potential customers.
Each 30-minute business promotion session will be 3500 Euros. Also, the client can register two people for the whole forum, free of charge. 
Registration for Business Promotion Sessions will be made on a first come, first served basis.

• Sponsorship

IPF provides a vast and cost effective sponsorship packages in different levels.

• Entry Visa

Applicants are kindly requested to return the completed visa application form (available on the Forum’s website) to the Forum’s secretariat. Entry visa will be arranged upon payment. 
Please allow at least four weeks for this process. Visa fee will be paid by the participant in the designated Consulate/Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

• Spouse Admission

Delegate’s spouse will be provided with the complimentary admission to the Forum sessions. Entry visa will be arranged upon request.

• Cancelation

Should a registered delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate may take his/her place. A written notice is required before 15, May, 2024 to cancel the registration.

A cancelation fee of 20% will be deducted from the original payment. No refunds will be provided if no notice is received prior to the set date.
